There is no annulment to the decree of God , as God is sovereign and answers to no one and none greater than He is.
Isaiah 55:11
So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth;It shall not return to Me void,but it shall accomplish what I please,And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.(NKJV)
If therefore God is sovereign and answers to no one and other gods and kings answer to him then He has no reason to lie and the extent of this authority is described in Daniel 2:21
Daniel 2:21
And He changes the times and the seasons;He removes kings and raises up kings;He gives wisdom to the wiseAnd knowledge to those who have understanding.(NKJV)
If God is saying it, then He means what He says, there are no crooked ways in God rather what we have in God is the truth meant for our profit and never detrimental to our well being, as He is who He says He is and never deny himself nor His words,then we ought to take hold of what has been promised in the scriptures, embrace it with all our heart and be blessed for our choice to believe what He has said and will always come to pass.
Galatians 3:6-9
Just as Abraham “believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
Therefore know that only those who are of faith are sons of Abraham.
And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the Gospel to Abraham beforehand, saying, “In you all the nations shall be blessed.”So then those who are of faith are blessed with believing Abraham.(NKJV)
