To be redeemed is to be bought back , to be rescued from the assignment of the devil which is to steal , kill and destroy .

But God is a master at planning therefore He introduced Jesus into the picture

Jesus came into the picture , destroyed every work of the devil and everyone including you reading this has been set free as clearly stated in 1 John 3:8
